If you or a loved one could benefit from care at CathedralCare, please contact us as soon as you are aware of the need. We offer short-term rehabilitation care, which ranges from a few days to a few months post hospitalization, as well as long-term care.
We take several payor sources including Private Pay, Medicare, Wellcare, Hospice, and Medicaid.
If you expect to need therapy after a scheduled hospitalization, please contact CathedralCare before admission to the hospital so we can ensure bed availability. If you are unexpectedly hospitalized and will need skilled care and/or rehabilitation, let the case manager/discharge planner at the hospital know you want to come to CathedralCare. A member of our Admissions team will meet with you and your family to discuss your situation and determine how we can best meet your needs.
